In the spirit of spreading joy, we gladly offer free returns within the EU for any items (both full price and sale) that didn’t bring you absolute happiness, as long as they’re unworn, in pristine condition, and returned within 30 days of receipt (proof of purchase needed). If an item has let you down, please reach out to us, and we’ll arrange a return collection. Your refund will warmly find its way back to the original payment card. To get your replacement items to you as quickly as possible, we offer a swift delivery service for new orders within the EU.
